For better or worse, there are several different ways to get to the contents of the extremely useful U.S. Congressional Record, online and otherwise.
We now have a Web page which provides an overview of the various access methods, here.

Author Richard Lapper (Financial Times "recommends a policy in which the United States makes clear its willingness to cooperate with Caracas on pragmatic issues of mutual interest (despite Chávez’s overblown rhetoric), while at the same time seeking to develop an understanding with select Latin American leaders on how to respond if Chávez crosses certain red lines in his foreign and domestic policies."

JSTOR, the scholarly journal archive to which Leyburn Library subscribes, recently added several journals to its database coverage.

JSTOR now contains the complete contents of about 800 journals, previous to each journal's own "moving wall."

This "in-depth study of the Jihadi Movement’s top thinkers and their most popular writings" is the "first systematic mapping of the ideology inspiring al-Qaeda. The CTC’s researchers spent one year mining the most popular books and articles in al-Qaeda’s online library, profiling hundreds of figures in the Jihadi Movement, and cataloging over 11,000 citations."
