The library has added the following three titles to the reference collection: Florence Isaacs, Business Notes (Clarkson N. Potter, 1998), Barbara Pachter, When the Little Things Count...and They Always Count (Marlowe & Company, 2006), and Peggy Post & Peter Post, The Etiquette Advantage in Business, 2nd ed. (HarperResource, 2005). All three of these titles will assist students with the interview process.
