I discovered today that MathSciNet is offering RSS feeds for every journal the database covers-you can sibscribe to these feeds and have descriptions and links to new articles from that journal delivered to your newsreader or aggregator.
The feeds are available on the bibliographic information page for each specific journal...why there isn't a master page with links to all of them, I don't know. Go to the journals database and look up the specific journal you are interested in, then click on the "RSS 2.0" link, and cut and paste that URL into your newsreader or aggregator. I don't recommend using the "RSS 1.0" link.
