More Historical Newspapers

The Washington and Lee University Library has acquired significant additional coverage for our ongoing subscription to the commercially-published America's Historical Newspapers database.

The latest enhancement, Early American Newspapers, Series 2, gives us coverage of a total of about 1,000 newspapers dating from 1690 to about 1900. Here is a list of some of the notable newspapers included in this new addition.

America's Historical Newspapers is one of the databases available in the library's collection of historical newspaper information.
