I've heard it from reputable sources that the fastest way to get a response from Dell is to use their chat. Of course the only caveat to this would be that you need to be a gold member...The benefits to this are two fold: You are almost immediately connected to a support person and you can have a transcript of the chat handy for future reference (why you'd want that, I can only venture to guess)....
Perhaps this might be a good excuse to finally pay for the dell gold support...
