This is the U.S. Energy Department's annual assessment of the "outlook for international energy markets through 2030." Includes examinations of individual products (oil, natural gas, coal, etc.) and underlying economic and consumption factors.

One could argue that this is the single most valuable and widely useful compilation of numerical data on the U.S. It has been published annually since 1878, and the new 2006 online edition is the first one ever to include data tables in Excel format.

The paper examines projections of net migration. In keeping with CBO's mandate to provide objective, nonpartisan analysis, the paper makes no recommendations."
