When watching the first half of Chunhyang, I noticed that Chunhyang wore different fabrics and colors, while Mongryong wears the same black and white outfit everyday. I found out from this site, that the white and black Hakch'angui symbolizes 'study,' and reflects a noble and sublime mind.
